Here are some steps and processes on how to get your Taxpayer Identification Number ID.
  • Go to the BIR branch in which you are registered.
  • Get your priority number. Make sure that you tell the operator that you want to get your TIN ID.
  • Wait for your priority to be flashed on the screen.
  • Once your number is up, go to the window or the teller that your priority number is assigned.
  • Make sure that you have your TIN Number with you to avoid hassles but they can query it in their database.
  • You will then be given a stub on which day (usually takes a month) you will obtain your TIN ID.
Tips on how to take care of your ID.
  • Your ID is just a piece of paper with your name and TIN Number. Make sure you fill up the signature field and place a 1x1 recent photo of you.
