Procedures / Steps for the Application of Students Permit:

  1. Go to the Customer Service counter. Submit all the requirements including the filled up form. From there, you wait for your name to be called.
  2. Once you are called, you proceed to another window in which your photo and signature will be taken.
  3. You still have to wait for your name to be called in order to proceed to the cashier for payment of your students license. Make sure that you get the official receipt.
  4. Proceed to the Releasing counter once your name is called to claim your Student Permit.

It would be best if you inquire directly to the LTO Office for the requirements and the payments. For the requirements, usually they only need the NSO photocopy but to be sure, please bring any proofs of identity that you have.
